SIA RUDZO – „Ģinēnos”
Rudzo Ltd. is a family business that we have been operating in for more than 10 years, it gives a lot of strength, endurance and a desire to work and please others. It is not only a hobby, but also our heart's desire for many years. We are not farmers by profession and during these years we learn something new, improve our knowledge, rejoice in the end result. Rudzo Ltd. was founded on November 3, 2011 with the aim of growing blueberries, and since 2011, when we started to realize this dream, the farm has already built 7 greenhouse complexes and planted more than 11,000 seedlings.
One greenhouse or tunnel is 100 m long, 9 m wide and 3.5 m high. There are 4 tunnels in one complex. To ensure watering, an irrigation system has been built through which river and pond water is pumped to the greenhouse with the help of special pumps.
Blueberry varieties on our farm - Duke, Spartan, Patriots, Chandler, Blue crop, Blue Jay, Hardyblue, etc.
