Who handles your data
The controller of your personal data is SIA Rudzo, “Ģinēni”, Staicele parish, Limbaži district, LV-4043. You can contact us at [email protected].
This policy covers the website staiceleskrummellenes.lv and the correspondence you start through its enquiry form.
What data we collect
The enquiry form asks you for your name and email address and, optionally, your phone number, preferred dates, group size and a message. You enter this data yourself.
If you allow it in the cookie choice, the site measures visit statistics with Google Analytics and advert results with the Meta pixel. Both are loaded through Google Tag Manager, and only after your consent. If you do not allow it, they are not loaded.
Why we use it and on what basis
We use the enquiry data only to answer your question and to agree on a visit, a sauna booking or a stay. This is a step taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
We carry out statistics and advert measurement only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who receives the data
Enquiries are sent to our mailbox through Amazon SES, a service of Amazon Web Services, using its EU region. The website server is in Germany. Enquiry data is not stored on the website itself.
Only after you consent do statistics data reach Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and advert measurement data reach Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We do not pass your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EEA
If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, Google and Meta may also process your data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. This happens only if you have allowed those cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for up to 12 months after the last contact and are then deleted. If the correspondence leads to an invoice or a contract, the legal retention periods apply to those documents.
Cookie lifetimes are set out in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to it and to receive your data in a portable format (data portability). To use these rights, write to [email protected].
You can withdraw your consent to statistics and marketing at any time through “Cookie settings” in the page footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
If you believe your data is being handled in breach of your rights, you can complain to the Data State Inspectorate, Datu valsts inspekcija (dvi.gov.lv).
